Looking for a Procurement Officer with minimum 5-6 years relevant experience in UAE restaurant (Japanese restaurant is preferred). The prospective candidate should have experience in local and international market of buying, sourcing new vendors, negotiation skills, monitoring for timely delivery, quality and cost. Should have experience of Computer knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and POS system.
