Job Description
1. Taking inbound calls from local and European customers
2. Providing excellent customer service experience
3. Must be experienced in GDS reservation systems preferably Sabre
4. Create PNRs, make reservations, and sell airline, hotels, and holiday packages
5. Must be Graduate and fluent in English
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Comfortable working in 24*7 environment.
