Job Role: Customer and Logistic Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
• Familiar with foreign trade import and export business process;
• Familiar with the foreign trade document operation process, familiar with the letter of credit and related knowledge.
• Responsible for contacting the customer the contract;
• Responsible for document review, settlement, after-sales service, etc.
• Organizing and archiving business-related materials;
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above, International trade, English and other majors are preferred;
• With more than 2 years working experience in foreign trade related fields.
• Skilled use of relevant office software; fluent in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong team spirit and independent ability, good service awareness, and the courage to open up and innovate.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Location: JLT ; Working hours: 8:30-17:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
