I am in a hunt of Chef de Parti (CDP) who is having expertise in English breakfast. Should have worked in busy environment, manage team training, HCAAP implementation, menu engineering, food costing, manage suppliers, etc. In need of someone who is UAE experience and able to join on very short notice.
