Currently we are looking for Accounts Receivable Accountant for our company, preferably Philippine nationality, location in Abu Dhabi. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
To follow day to day sales and entering daily sales transaction on sales module.
Issuing invoice and follow collection.
Participate in preparing P&L report concerning revenue and other revenue.
Preparing GL adjustment transactions required.
Ready to any further analysis reports or work required by Chief Accountant
Checking petty cash bills
Encoding accounting entries for data processing
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
Sends the original invoices with supporting documents to the customer, files a copy of the full set in the customer file and another copy in the sequential file
Issues receipt for cash and cheques received from customers
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in accounting
Experience with Accounting System like Mithali
MS-Office tools like Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook
Self-starter, takes initiative and proactive
Positive attitude
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Flexibility (in regards to work flow – be able to change gears if needed)
Good follow up skills
Previous AR clerk experience preferred
Good communication skills on telephone and email (as they will be communicating with our clients)
Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast paced environment and manage stressful situations.
