Be accountable for supporting the HR Manager to rapidly target, identify, source, screen candidates and present high quality resumes for current and future needs of the Organisation.
Screen candidate’s resumes / applications for availability, interest level, salary range, basic qualifications and conduct HR screenings as requested by the HR Manager.
Be equipped with sufficient number of resumes in all categories to extend immediate assistance to the HR Manager
(Responsibilities & Account abilities)
• Responsible for sourcing, screening and selection of candidates from junior to managerial level candidates.
• Responsible to provide the candidate, a basic information about the job and request in return all information needed for the initial screening ; ie. a minimum of candidate’s availability, current location, point of mobilization, expected packages .and references.
• Handle all communications with the candidate during the screening process and will schedule interviews coordinating with the HR Manager.
• Responsible to maintain an exhaustive candidate’s database.
Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills & Experience]:
• Bachelor Degree or Masters , Diploma in Human Resource Management is a plus
• Minimum three years of Recruitment Experience is mandatory in manufacturing or packaging industry
Other skills required
• Ability to understand the requirements correctly, Proactive with good Time Management Skills
• Should be computer savvy with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word & Excel
• Team player
