We are looking for smart and hardworking individuals to join us on this entrepreneurial journey.

Job requirements:

Customer care:

- Answering customer inquiries on product information and order status across multiple channels
- Phone WhatsApp Social media Email Assist customers in their purchases
- Place outbound calls to customers for order follow up and customer surveys
- Liaising with logistics partners and couriers for customer deliveries and supply pickups

Operations:

- The customer care specialist will be required to assist in operations from time to time, which would include: order packing, inventory management, management of supplier deliveries, management of customer deliveries

Ideal candidate profile:

- Ambitious, hardworking and driven!
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good knowledge of Excel Customer oriented
- Fluent in English and Arabic mandatory
- Team player
- Experience: 0-3 years in a customer facing role strongly preferred.
