>1 – 2 Years baking experience in Bakery related Production Environment
>Working in a high speed Automatic Industrial Bakery and Bread Environment is essential
>National Diploma in Food Science would be an advantage
>Solid Understanding of IR, OHS, HACCP verification standards and procedures
>Should have adequate knowledge of Food Safety & Security audit.
>Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel)
