Qualifications:
Indian Male with UAE driving license.
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Having 5 to 7 years work experience in Marble and Granite company.
Design, construction and supervision projects for various types of buildings such as commercial and residential buildings, hotel apartments, and Villas.
Competencies in planning, project management, budgeting, scheduling, site monitoring, technical and design coordination, effective liaison as well as technical reporting.
Dedicated to ensuring highest level of quality in deliverables, maintaining strict compliance to deadlines, specifications as well as Safety and Quality Management.
Ability to develop and motivate project teams with strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Creating shop drawings, showing complete Marble or Granite fixing work, with precise detailing, using site measurements.
Creating aesthetic new designs to be later processed using accurate cutting machines like Water Jets or CNC and other cutting machines.
Extensively use AutoCAD -2D as well 3D in conjunction with 3D studio max, PhotoShop, (Tally) and other similar editing packages to create a near picture of the final finished project.
Also worked as a Water jet and CNC programmer cum operator.
