• Preparation of manpower schedule as required by specific work
• Sourcing, Enquiries to Site Management for construction material.
• Supervision of different type of RCC, PCC, plastering, flooring, block work at site.
• Checking/ insure the line and level of structure before pouring of concrete.
• Maintain quality and speed of work at site.
• Managing sub-contractor and work.
• Control wastage of material and machinery at site.
• Control un-necessary activities at site.
• Ensure timely completion of erection schedules.
