Responsibility:
1.Reports to the Project Controls Manager.
2.Prepares factored and detailed cost estimates for COMPANY at key stage gates.

Mandatory Competencies:
1.Experience and knowledge in latest estimating practices and guidelines.
2.Experience of onshore, brown field upstream projects in the Middle East region.
3.Be able to demonstrate cost estimate classifications over the life of a project.
4.Fluent in English.

Qualification:
Mandatory:
Bachelor honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution.

Relevant Years of Experience:
In the Industry – 10 years
In the Position – 5 years.
