We are looking to hire a Quality Controller with relevant UAE experience in a food manufacturing company.
She must be well versed with the HACCP protocols and aware of the local SOPs & regulations that govern production & supply of food products. She must be capable and efficient in implementing & integrating them into our company’s Quality System. She is expected to perform her duties & responsibilities thoroughly in all aspect of the quality system from planning, selection, supervision, record-keeping, monitoring & control, verification & evaluation as well as coordination.
The job also involves training to instill to each staff food hygiene standards, & motivating them to comply. She must be able to supervise them to partake in the company’s quality goals & objectives by performing their roles respectively.
