Responsibilities:
1. In charge of coordinating a team effort to complete a project promptly and successfully.
2. Integral part of the building process from beginning to end.
3. Create designs to meet client specifications, create and propose budget and time estimations, and act as an intermediary between the client and the architect team.
4. Ensure that the team is working effectively and keeping to schedule and budget. This involves reviewing work reports and communicating any needs and concerns to employees.
5. Write reports to keep the client informed about the status of the project.
