Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science In Construction Management / Civil Engineering
* Must have minimum 5 years UAE experience

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing and overseeing all technical and commercial aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes, from project start up to project closure.
• Executes the project on time, within the approved budget and in accordance with the contract specifications.
• Ensures that the quality of materials and the installation of work are in accordance with the criteria identified for the project.
• Ensure correct preparation, issue and approval at site level of all Material Requisition Forms (MRF) forms including supporting take offs and project requirements prior to head office submission and approval
• Ensure correct preparation of Bid Summaries in conjunction with the Project Quantity Surveyor.
• Make project recommendations for the award of subcontract work as per project requirements prior to head office submission and approval.
• Reviews with the Project Staff the detailed programs for the execution of the project.
• Receives all relevant information regarding design, drawings and engineering.
• Ensure compliance with all aspects of the project Quality Management & Control System.
• Ensures that all suitably qualified personnel required for the project are mobilised in a timely manner, as required.
• Follow-up with the purchasing section for the procurement of materials.
• Reviewing the planned and any recovery manpower requirements for the project.
• Ensure proper material planning, allowing for sufficient time for approval and processing of material requisitions.
• Checking for accuracy of project Compilation of all necessary internal and external progress reports.
• Attending meetings with the consultant, client, and sub-contractors.
• Issuing instructions to the sub-contractors advising them of available work areas and reviewing their progress of work.
• Identifying and taking the necessary corrective action to improve the progress and/or quality of work.
• Receiving and taking actions on project correspondence and coordinate with Head Office key any programme, commercial or quality impacts prior to issuance.
• Writing project correspondence with Project QS / other relevant staff.
• Decision making must have the ability to make considered and effective decisions and take clear action to address issues and mobilise resources and develop and implement action plans / control mechanisms to achieve desired results and deliver on commitments
• Risk management must have the ability to understand the implications and assess the appropriate degree of acceptable risk and take actions to minimize risk in line with business and project goals
• Client relationship management must ensure to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and supply chain based on trust and mutual understanding.
