JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion. And to ensure that all construction activities have been performed as per the contract and specifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AUTO CAD, CIVIL 3D or similar.
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small scale through to large scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, test, drawing and other data)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
Consider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors in planning stages.
Liaising and working jointly with the design team (consulting engineers) to implement refinements
Negotiating modifications with architects and consulting engineers
Dealing skillfully with a diverse range of people including clients, architects, and other engineering professionals.
Observe site safety procedures.
Providing appropriate plans for construction
Monitoring the provision of materials
Coordinate with the consultants, clients for the site inspections.
Prepare coordinate and monitor the technical and planning requirements of the project with the objective of ensuring progress is meeting targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience: Minimum of 4 or above years of experience in execution of civil works, GCC experience required.
2. Should have completed BS/MS IN CIVIL ENGINEER attested by MOFA UAE.
3. License of professional engineer from DM
4. Must have society of engineering membership card.
5. Holding valid driving license from UAE.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
