REQUIRE PAYROLL/HR EXECUTIVE FOR A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN UAE (MALE CANDIDATE ONLY)

PAYROLL JOB DUTIES

1Processes company’s payroll every pay period
2Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
3Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and overtime
4Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
5Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
6Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
7Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
8Identifies investigates and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
9Honours confidentiality of employees’ pay records
10Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
11Co-ordinate distribution of wages through Exchange or direct transfers to employees’ bank accounts

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

B.COM WITH POST GRADUATION IN HR
5-7 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PAYROLL PROCESSING IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF (1000+ EMPLOYEES)
SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN ERP SYSTEM
