A leading automobile distribution company in UAE is looking to hire a Retail Manager. Ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Retail industry in UAE preferably in Sportswear. Key responsibilities include managing multiple brands and multiple locations including E-Commerce, supervising Brand supervisors .managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency, managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control, analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales with action plan, analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning and providing or organizing training and development. Should have excellent communication in English and Arabic.
