Should have strong background in HVAC with good experience in engineering, procurement and supervision of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Protection works.
Should have sound knowledge in preparing all the engineering drawings and technical and commercial documentation for projects
Familiarity with design software for mechanical services is desirable.
Self-motivated, Indian candidates with good communication skills, having experience in working with electro-mechanical contracting firms in Dubai, knowledge of regulations in Dubai and good knowledge of mechanical services codes
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years’ experience in Electro-mechanical projects (in residential and commercial building construction).  UAE Driving License an advantage.
