1) Admin/ HR/PRO
Responsibilities:
a. Manages Joint Venture HR & Admin department, ensuring proper allocation of responsibilities
b. Prepares yearly HR & Admin budgets
c. Payroll and benefit management across site and central operations
d. HR & Admin periodic statistical analysis reports
e. Performance evaluation system
f. Salaries administration, review and recommendation
g. Health Insurance and workman Compensation programs and managing claims
h. Ensure HR activity meets and integrates with organizational requirements for quality, H&S, legal and ethical stipulations
i. Overseeing labor accommodation
j. Overseeing of recruitment and on boarding process
k. Ensuring employee records are complete and regularly updated
l. Suggest and facilitate training and development programmes
m. Travel plans management (hotel/transport/visas/expenses)
n. Documented, mapped and certified company procedures and records
2) Project Coordinator / HR/PRO
Responsibilities:
a. Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
b. Develop and implement quality control programs.
c. Prepare progress reports for clients.
d. Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
e. Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.
f. Overseeing of recruitment and on boarding process
3) Translator/ (Arabic-English-Chinese)
Responsibilities:
a. Can Translate Both Arabic and English to Chinese
b. Reading material and researching industry-specific terminology.
