Responsibilities:

1. Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
Scan goods and collect payments.
2. Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
3. Redeem stamps and coupons.
4. Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
5. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
6. Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.
7. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
8. Keep reports of transactions.
9. Bag, box or wrap packages
10. Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales.
- PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. Cash register, scanners, money counters etc).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
- Sales skills.
- High school degree.
