Kingston Holding International Limited is seeking a commercially-minded Accountant to join the organization which is rapidly expanding in the UAE.
The successful applicant will preferably be a CA qualified and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant will be expected to / have:
Perform the daily accounting tasks and manage the month-end activities to ensure the timely reconciliation of key accounts and the payment for goods and service providers.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of profit and loss accounts, budget, cash flows, etc.
Develop processes and procedures to strengthen the financial control.
Monitor projects' financials by business units.
Assist in the management of a high-profile client base.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Be capable of handling banking/VAT formalities.
Qualifications, skills and experience sought:
A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
Solid experience in banking regulations and VAT Law.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Preference will be given to an individual who has working experience in an international hotel and resort.
