A well-established Company in Dubai is looking for Desktop Support Engineer – Male .(Filipino / Indian)

Responsibilities-

Laptop / computer / PC support, Diagnose & resolve quickly Windows application, networking (LAN/ WAN). Must have knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, Active Directory, Office 365. Support, repair & troubleshoot printer, computer hardware, laptops. Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer repairs, will be supporting 50-100 users at project site

Skills-
3-5 years of similar working experience, must have excellent communication skills, Project Management skills

Education-
Degree / Engineering – Information Technology.
