Minimum Qualification, Requirements and General Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience, MBA degree or similar Master’s degree a plus.
A minimum of 10-15 years of business experience, specific experience working at or with an automobile marketing agency.
Only Arabic Nationals required.
Candidate should and must be well versed in Arabic & English languages. Excellent writing/presentation skills and comfortable speaking and presenting to partners.
Extensive experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Experience in supporting marketing activities with a focus on experiential and/or digital/mobile programs. Background in creative development process including, working with graphic artists, writing creative briefs, story boarding, writing/editing copy and proofing.
Experience with developing and executing across all aspects of a partner-led business, including engagement with product development and launch, marketing, channel program execution.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to respond effectively to partner needs across multiple time zones.
Ability to skillfully interact with and influence colleagues and effectively communicate at all organizational levels (internally and externally).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Excellent business planning, analysis skills, time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
