Coordinates all shop drawings, generates cutting lists and implements quality control procedures in the production process.

Liaises with Design, Procurement and Projects coordinators.

Directly responsible to senior management on all production control matters.

Plans, controls and implements cost effective procedures.

Manages and controls all employees related functions in the factory.

Attends managers meetings as needed.

Skills

Professionally qualified, with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in fit out and joinery work.

He has to manage all production activities from inception to delivery, with a significant focus on quality and time constraints.

He should also have leadership and managerial skills to control all employees related issued in the factory.
