Experienced and Self Driven Secretary

We are professional consultancy company based in Ras Al Khaimah. We have an opening for an experienced and self-driven secretary who can take care of the following responsibilities:– Answering all phone calls and providing required information regarding our offerings.– Updating our database and following up with respective clients in order to assist with their questions.– prepare invoices and quotations.– Follow up with clients on outstanding payments.– Responsibility for specific tasks or projects.
SKILLS:– Excellent command of spoken and written English.– Must be very proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.– Excellent telephone etiquette and follow up skills.– Knowledge in basic book keeping.– Dynamic and highly motivated.– Team working ability.– Ability to work under pressure.– Multi tasking ability.
