To ensure the repairs carried out are of the required quality and in line with the manufacturers quality standards with supporting documentation professionally completed. To quality control completed jobs after the mechanic/ electrician has finished the work specified on the job card – road test all cars & complete quality control check list / documentation Ensure the technicians write up corresponds to the customers complaint on the job card/ booking in sheet Verify the documentation for the repair is correct and completed properly, check sheets, DISS ticket/ report, service book stamped To inspect all completed work for dirty marks or damage Liaise with technicians & team leaders if the required quality has not been achieved When required, carry out pre tests with the customer at the request of the service reception Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the dealership. Develop and maintain relationships with mechanics of all levels, team leaders and manufacturers representatives. Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings. Manage ready on time schedule in cooperation with the Service Advisors
Skills Required: Diploma, Management Degree – Desirable Technical qualification Up-to-date knowledge of manufactures guidelines for all service related jobs. Quality management experience UAE Driving license fluent verbal & written English.
