• Prepare quotations and submit to Project Manager for review and further submission.
• Preparation of tender documents.
• Prepare/ maintain data of all civil materials pricing and updates record of price variation.
• Prepare/ maintain data of all civil projects.
• Maintain level of contact with suppliers.
• Maintain record of works received under civil projects and prepares list of materials required to be processed
• Establishment of rates versus cost occurred on project wise.
• Maintain list of projects issued and monitors the issuance of work orders.
• Develops each activity with company cost, price and calculate profit ratio.
Requirements
• Should have graduation in Civil Engineering
• Should have more than 2 years of experience in UAE as Civil Estimation
• Only Indians need to apply.
