SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. Provide administrative support including writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers.
2. Handle confidential documents, maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
3. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
4. Attend meetings and keep minutes.
REQUIREMNENTS
1. Must possess valid University degree preferably from Engineering background.
2. Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
3. Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting procedures.
4. Excellent communication and administrative vocabulary.
5. In depth knowledge of office management, familiar with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
6. Good organizational and time-management skills.
