Quantity Surveyor- FIT OUT
Looking for QS with UAE experience with good communication skills.
Responsible for smooth execution of all Corporate projects.
Coordinate information between other parties including Client, Suppliers and Contractors to determine and monitor the availability of materials and finished goods in line with programme.
Preparation of information schedules inclusive of Architects, Engineers, nominations and long lead schedules
Determines project costs by calculating labour, material, and related costs. Prepares feasibility study by analysing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies; assembling data.
Full fills project requirements by training and guiding operators. Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
