Supervision of MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Fire alarm works.
Review drawings submitted by the contractor and verify bill of quantities.
 Ensure that contractor understands the contract documents including work flow
and schedules.
Preparing joint measurement reports.
Ensure MEP contractors have relevant quality records, regulations including
safety.
Coordinate and manage MEP related materials and shop drawings submittals.
Conducting site inspection and preparing quality reports.
Inspecting and making sure that the materials used by the contractor are of
approved make and specifications.
Approving changes in work according to the site conditions.
Reviewing the work schedule submitted by the contractor.
Monitor and report MEP work progress.
