Manage queries and provides assistance
Answer phone calls, emails from suppliers & customers and communicate internally
Provide assistance with information regarding the status of orders and related activities
Communicates with suppliers and customers to research and exchanges information
Follows up on orders as needed; expedites deliveries and resolves problems
Prepare Purchase Orders, Quotations, Reports, Correspondence, etc.
Maintains a variety of records, files and catalogues related to the purchasing function
Verifies the Supplier’s invoice, picking list and other related documents to assure that all details are correct and no discrepancy
Undertakes any other key duties as assigned.
