We are looking for Estimator/Quantity Surveyor for our home interior decoration company. Candidate must have UAE Experience in Home Interior Decoration field. Job role is as mentioned below.
1. Site visit & Prepare BOQ for projects: Retail, Commercial, Residential Villas.
2. Should possess knowledge on Joinery, Interior products and sub contractors.
3. Prepare an accurate and competitive quote based on the requirements of the clients.
4. Should have basic knowledge about MEP
5. Assist walk-in customers in case they are asking for prices in the showroom.
6. Prepare variation claims to be submitted to the client
7. Preparation of LPO requests and sending out LPOs once approved by the Management
8. Source suppliers and sub-contractors capable of complying the requirements as per the on-going projects
9. Negotiate, measure, and approve variation claims from sub-contractors
10. Prepare completion certificates for the completed scope of works by the sub-contractors and have it signed by the Management.
