We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic professional who can manage the day to day office admin and staff requirements, follow up with clients/ consultants/ suppliers; work with agencies to coordinate staff visas etc.; make payments, issue and follow up with invoices, prepare / review monthly/ yearly office accounts and cash flow etc.
Previous experience in similar role important as well as knowledge of the Architecture, Design and/or Construction industry.
Business English speaking and writing skills essential.
Knowledge of QuickBooks advantageous.
