We are hiring Business Development Executive along with operation knowledge for our own HR Firm. The responsibilities are not limited to following:
•Preparation of letters and correspondence.
•File and update contact information.
•Receiving and distributing mails.
•Take and redirect telephone calls.
•Maintenance of diary & appointments to ensure that appointments are honored, meetings attended and deadlines met.
•Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda.
•Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems, ensuring, timely, safe follow-ups and traces.
•To proactively engage in the development of processes and methods to improve the service and efficiency.
•To build relationship with clients & candidates.
•Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
•Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
•Maintain trusting relationships.
•Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
•Other as directed by management.
