We are seeking to hire Collections & Billing executives with experience in Healthcare/ Insurance field.
Job Responsibilities Include:
* Follow collections effectively with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
* Analysis and reporting to customers on their account status on claims.
* Ensure internal database for collections follow up is always updated.
* Access billing system and make sure the correctness of database for collections and reporting.
* Publish internal reports to the line manager.
