JOB DESCRIPTION:
To develop business by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
Attend meetings along with the sales team when necessary.
Understand the customer requirements and prepare quotation.
Proactively follow up enquiries generated from the leads.
Identify and follow up opportunities with new companies which are not already on the client database.
Manage the database efficiently to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business from existing clients.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and targets.
Negotiate commercial terms of the quotation with suppliers as well as customers.
Follow up effectively with all departments within Netware to ensure customer requirements are met.
Follow up with clients to ensure all payment cheque are received as per quotation.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience in sales preferred.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work in a team.
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to acquire knowledge about the products and services.
