Looking for Worker Grievances Specialist for my own consultancy to be based in Dubai, UAE.
We require HR executive/ HR coordinator for this position.

Job Description:
1. Should be well versed with UAE labor laws, to atleast assist and coordinate with external PRO.
2. Also the person will have to visit our clients labor camps in order to solve candidate (blue collar workers) issue and communicate the same to the HR Manager.
3. Good Communication Skills is a MUST.

DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST.
