Procurement Officer position available in an Oil and Gas procurement office in Dubai.
The candidate must have at least 3 years UAE experience in the job. Preferably a Mechanical Engineer, with working knowledge in SCM, particularly shipping and logistics in the UAE, and possess good negotiation skills.
Has vendor contacts in equipment / materials manufacturing and stockists.
