Role includes: Managing calendars of 3 senior executives of the firm, Scheduling meetings, Making travel bookings, Filing travel expenses to accounting department, Filing time sheets, Managing office events, Coordinating day to day activities in the office, and providing other personal assistance as needed.
Should take ownership of tasks and ensure calendar, travel and other secretarial support is provided with extreme care and attention to detail. Must be proactive in organizing all logistics and maintaining regular oversight to ensure tasks are completed.
