Business Development Marketing Manager with Driving License For An Advertising Agency
On the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, results-driven Business Development/Strategy Manager responsible for bringing in new business for the company
Overview:
Candidates must be highly flexible and adaptable, with the kind of resourceful, can-do attitude that is required in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven sales track record who has a strong understanding of Advertising/Branding and who is up-to-date with the latest developments of the industry.
The successful candidate will be part of a group which has internal resources readily available to execute any type of marketing/advertising campaign (ATL & BTL)
Responsibilities:
• Developing the sales plans, pricing strategy, and implementation
• Identifying potential clients and approaching them with structured and researched proposals.
• Identifying new market and new opportunities.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Successfully managing all aspects of the selling process required growing market share; communicating the vision and executing the sales plan flawlessly.
• Reporting sales activities and forecasts to the management on a monthly basis.
• Building senior-level client relationships to create strong, deep partnerships.
• Reviewing and monitoring market flow to identify new leads to ensure those sales opportunities are developed and maximized.
• Acting as the primary contact for existing and new clients, providing an excellent level of client servicing that will ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
• Working closely with the design team who conceptualizes and oversees all branded and sponsored content.
Requirements:
• Applicants must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and organized, with strong written, verbal, and analytical skills. Excellent telephone manner and professional face-to-face presentation skills are a must.
• Applicants must be able to multitask and work under pressure on their own initiative to sales targets and strict deadlines.
• The ideal candidate will be degree-educated and have at least 4-5 years of sales experience, in an advertising agency.
• He/she will have local experience as well as established relationships with media agencies and marketing managers in the UAE, with strong time management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• He/she must have experience of printing press and be able to develop large, creative, strategic, and integrated advertising programs that exceed client objectives.
• The candidate should be up & around from the very first month
Preferred candidate: Male (Indian/Philipino).
