Description

A great opportunity is available for a PRODUCTION MANAGER w/ SIGNAGE background w/ competitive compensations and benefits.

– Managing all aspects of production and installation from inception to completion.

– Organizes, schedules and supervise the factory and its activities, quality assurance and ensures timely delivery.

– Develop work programs for all assigned jobs

-Prioritizes workflow, communicates with production staff daily, and supervises the production process

– Supervises workers and signs off on their OT, food allowance and annual leave schedule.

– Trains employees on equipment, tools, and efficiency-building methods

– Ensuring machinery’s are in good working condition and operators are trained and knowledgeable.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Engineering background or equivalent experience w/ signage advertising

– Solid experience in the design and or production of general signage.

– The ability to work w/ workers, engineers, management and clients to understand project requirements.

– Experience with a wide range of tools and equipments including but not limited to plotter, laminators, printers, CNC Machines, large format printers, etc.

– Strong computer and engineering skills. Design Software background is an added value.

– Team player and multi-tasker.
