Work Experience
Minimum experience: Practical accounting experience is necessary with management level, 3 years’ experience in Contracting Company (Gulf Experience preferred).
Job
Prepare and maintain statutory Books of Accounts i.e. journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
Monitoring Petty cash transactions and posting petty cash vouchers.
Review and approve Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Payment Vouchers and Journal Entries.
Prepare Trial Balance, Financial Statements (Balance sheet, Income statement and Cash-flow Statement).
Bank Reconciliation and Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors.
Prepare and review Age Wise outstanding reports, Reconciliation of receivables, payables and ensure accurate and updated debt collection or payments.
Preparation of staff Payroll and documents for other financial disbursements to staff and keeping track of staff loans & other financial obligations.
Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
Preparation of weekly reports to Management for internal control purpose.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), and higher
IT Skills
Microsoft Office Packages
Accounting packages – Tally ERP, Peachtree, QuickBooks, Sage 50
Confident to do any Accounting Software

Having management experience will be preferred.

Nationality: Indian
Languages: English, Arabic will be an advantage.
