Our client, a reputable and established government company based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire UAE National for Section Head of Training & Staff Development reporting to Line Manager. The incumbent will work to raise the level of efficiency of staff and enable them to achieve higher levels of management through the development of plans, training and career path and will work on planning the training needs of staff and in coordination with the departments and sections of the company. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Business Administration preferably with HR certificates and at least 6 years of experience in training and staff development, with 2 years in supervisory position in a similar institution.
