The candidate should be well versed in:
• Company Set up in Free zones & Mainland
• Offshore Company & Trust Set up Worldwide
• Liquidation & Closing of Services
• Drafting commercial and civil contracts and all contracts for the establishment of companies, agencies.
• Reviewing of Memorandum of Understandings/Shareholders Agreement/Indemnity Agreements/Settlement deeds/Trust and Participation Agreements
• Dealing with Banks
Preferably with UAE Drivers Licence.
