JOB PROFILE – TECHNICAL AUDIT STAFF

AGE/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Age: Bachelor under 30 years
Experience:3 years +
Qualification: Degree/Diploma /ITI holder with civil/telecom background
U.A.E. Driving license

DESIRABLE
Civil/Telecom/Infrastructure projects background
Proficient in Computer skills- MS Office
Good communication skills- English, Hindi
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Exposure to ERP-SAP Environment
Ability to Multi-task
Mobility in U.A.E.

EXPERIENCE
Ability to understand technical drawings e.g. civil, Infrastructure, telecom, cabling, ducting, trenching, Reinforcement, concreting etc.
Knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions.
Knowledge of Standard method of measurements- at site, BOQ, Diary sheets, technical & commercial correspondence
Review of payment certificates, with respect to contract claims, agreements and conditions.
Strong critical thinking with ability to define problems and propose solutions.
Review of interim bills, progressive, final account
Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure tasks assigned are completed efficiently and within established timeframes.
Conducting Physical Inventory checks of stocks, work in progress, consumables, materials, etc.
Preparation of Technical Audit /Observation reports.
