Looking for a customer service representative to call customers and confirm orders from online e-commerce channel.

Must be able to cater to customers and answer questions regarding pricing, warranty, returns etc.

Input and manage data such as customer information.
Generate invoices and air way bills from the data.

Must be able to speak English and Hindi.

Office location is in Jumeirah Lake Towers so applicant must be able to arrange their own transportation to work.
