A company in Dubai Media City is currently looking for a Senior HR Officer with a very strong background in all Human Resources functions.
– will handle full cycle on employee from recruitment to repatriation ensuring that legal compliance as per UAE Labour Laws is being followed by the Company.
– will be the only pint of contact by both management and employees.
– manage all HR Events and plans
– Review and propose HR policies and procedures
– handle employee grievances
– attend to all labour disputes meetings.
