Education: BE Civil
Experience:
1. Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations and standard procedure.
2. Experience using AutoCAD.
3. Experience using MS Projects.
4. Minimum 2 years experience in UAE.
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Review and update project Gantt as needed.
2. Review and evaluate quotations, BOQ, BOM and proposal by contractors as needed.`
3. Inspect and follow up all contractor activities.
4. continuously report to and act in accordance from Project Manager.
5. Create and circulate weekly project progress and status report.
6. Prepare and relay any documentations necessary for handover to client.
Time Schedule:
Standard working days are Saturday – Thursday, 10 working hours per day.
Agreement with employee is complete package. No overtime claims will be accepted if the need for the overtime arises.
