We are a contracting company specialized in EPC looking to bring in an experienced professional with knowledge and experience of corporate governance practices in Middle East.
The role will involve setting up Corporate Governance for the company including content design and documentation, through planning and budgeting and then to execution.
Candidates will be passionate about the importance of this subject, need to have a self starter attitude, motivated to deliver.
CA, CS with experience in Middle East preferred.
