Armani Hotel Dubai  is looking for Waiter / Waitress who will ensure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service of food and beverage within the station, handling all transactions related to billing accurately and efficiently, enhancing the hotel’s reputation for excellence.


General Duties & Responsibilities
To ensure record of all guest orders & transactions through Micros EPOS

Is responsible for the service of food and beverage to the guest, in a friendly manner.

To ensure that the station is stocked and tidy at all times, ensuring efficient service.

Is responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance of all equipment, furniture, stations and Armani’s property that he/she is working with to lay up tables, public rooms, side stations, following Armani’s standards by internal SOP and instruction of his/her superior.  


The ideal candidate must be dynamic, service minded, organized, concern for quality and an eye for details, result driven, customer focus, and effective communication skills. Applicants should have at least 3 years experience at a 5* Hotel/Resort in the same position.
